i have a public declaration to make.

i now have an acute fear of glassware, especially glass cups.

and this was how it started. "sophie can i have some water please"

and i was happily washing the cup when all too sudden, the cup broke in my hand. and the next thing i knew, blood was dripping. and staining the sink. i was all too shocked/stunned to do anything and i just stood there looking at the finger and how the blood was dripping.

and then she finally noticed and went OMG SOPHIE. OMG SOPHIE ARE YOU OKAY. ran it under a tap for dunno what reason, then she asked me to apply pressure. put plaster, and i was bleeding through the plaster. but it stopped. my platelets ARE working.

yeah i'm fine now! tho the cut is a rather deep one hmm. imagine glass. hmm.

shopped at metro with mom after dinner :) totally packed whacked crazy. everyone was just crowding everywhere. and people had to be chased out at 10pm when they were gonna close. bought some stuff, which is, good. haha.

that's all!

and now i've to draw the line again
because its slowly evolving into a kind of regret
and i definitely dont want it to

in other news, the hamlets have given BIRTH. shocking/amazing but true. and they're only 2 months old what gibberish is that! daniel spotted the hamletlets under the wheel today. i think the mom doesn't even know how to properly confine herself. she's like, climbing all over the bars of the cage, till the reaches the top (which is quite high), then she lets go her tiny paws and she goes slamming down. TERRIBLE.

at church with partner/charlene yesterday. library to source materials out for our smashing touche plans. happening & exciting.

had lunch at selene's place, she cooked a special kinda chickin rice. talked before & after lunch, and it was just catching up. she's leaving on saturday. here's the chickin rice + the calamansi drink which the maid poured for me.

FL comm retreat was totally enjoyable :) partnersikhi! i miss all the FTQs and LLNSOL! superfunny haha. i totally smiled when i read your blog. wonderful time of planning, worshipping, sharing, bonding.

another week has passed! havent been doing much, slacking at home all the time haha.

lunching with debs (and later beck-side) was good :) benny's returned ohwells. let the pictures do the talking.

cabbed to the airport and the cab driver was really weird. so... dubious and laughy.

totally awesome, except i totally threw my face alr. plus being in between the platforms fanning the smoke like crazy which was kinda a failure cos there was insufficient haha. ohwell. but was interesting and good experience in all! preparing for it, ordering stuff, behindthescenes.

and let me declare. i ate none of the food which we catered! SIGH. and ate like onemouthfull of the cake only (courtesy of kevin). kudos to joanne as usual for the success of the event, duaboss rocks.

had lunch at stewhaus, judy's farewell lunch. not bad indeed, but ex lah. biglam and i, sitting next to each other, started comatosing after lunch while the rest were yakking away.

decided to cab home with lingnah shermaine ship. and i was getting into the frontseat and i started rambling...

"uncle, san ge di fang, quan bu tampines"

then there was this split second silence in the cab

and i turned to look at the driver and was instantly EMBARRASSED.

he was an indian and he was staring back at me, laughter waiting to burst out.

"sorry sorry! hahaha"
"cannot see me skin colour ah" he declared jokingly.

came home slept abit more and decided not to go for piano. cos i was falling sick. then when i awoke, i started breathing fire and swallowing sand. uber pain. and now my nose' stuffed up with tissue bleah i'm so lousy! alright some photos for now.

oh yes in other news, we've got 2 new hamlets at home! mom brought 'em home from kindergarten they're super nice and cute! their fur colour is so beautiful :) mom says we'll make lots of money if we breed them.
