so ends my second-last-week of school. just one more week of school and ohmygoodness so sad :(

think the feeling of actually graduating from uni finally dawned on me when i tried on the academic dress + mortarboard. the moment i looked in the mirror and flapped my oversized sleeves, the feeling was.... whoa. felt so touched i felt like.... ahhhh.

time to study for exams, in order to actually graduate.

sophie, sophie.
give it time. give it time.
you're in the middle.
everything will be alright.

2 things got my attention out of today's 4 presentations.

1. a study by Healey & Runco (2006)- Could creativity be associated with insomnia?

No research on the influence of creative talents exists, although there are several reasons to predict that creative tendencies could increase the likelihood of insomnia.... Results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups, with the creative children reporting more sleep disturbance, thus suggesting that creative ability may affect an individual’s sleep patterns.

2. if you want orange juice, you gotta stop squeezing lemons already.

in other news, no more presentations/papers to write! (i think). what's left is exams!

and

1 more week of school. its week 12 already OHMY. HOW!

can't imagine NOT being a student. been one my whole life.

i don't quite know how to describe today. but as i sat at the organ and looked upon everyone presenting "all in love", and as i looked at the congregation, i just started crying. it was such a precious moment that i cherished so much, that my song had been given a chance to be heard in this way, and the sincerity with which everyone was presenting it. i wanted so much to capture that one moment, because i felt like i had been blessed so much, more than i could ask for.

God, i never really could imagine how it would feel like, or even that You had this in store for me.

thank you.
