okay hello hello friends. i've currently just fixed up my new floor lamp from ikea so i'm happy! mugging today was minimally fruiful and so i hope tomorrow will be better. proj meeting in the afternoon, that's all.

its nice to be able to wake up and know that the day is totally yours to spend haha. and, i'm feeling majorly broke, help. all the ex dinners/cds/vcds. die. money, come!

attended lighthouse's 3pm service yesterday and it was refreshing. i mean, i've been so sheltered & stuck in bmc all this while its about time i ventured out and explore. things are rather different there, in a good way. and the wheels in my head have been turning.... (more on this will be shared with ccs at our next meeting!) they're having the series of sermons on the book of revelations/end times again and its really interesting, yet there is this tinge of fear that you'll be left behind. because the great tribulation will be unexplainably painful/disastrous/fearful, please friends, do not be caught in that situation. do not, please.

jaychou is such a piano pro. he totally owns the keyboard when he plays. not limited by anything at all. rather inspirational, i'd say. and it made me see him in a new light, i admit.

okay off to study/proj some more.

omg we've known each other since you were born! childhood friends, truly :) (not that many people would know, i think) haha. ah wells. its funny to look back at those old pictures when our families went on holidays together and imagine the kind of games we played at that time. somewhere along the way we weren't very close but God brings people back together in His own time dont you think. and i treasure this awesome friendship we have. i hope your fairy balloon bobbing around still makes you smile :)

thank you for being such a great ALOOF too. and i'll always remember what you said to me on msn about God sending moses an aaron :) it truly was God speaking through you.

and, i'm thinking of getting the soundtrack HMM. plain & simple storyline, but i somehow like it. and, the rat being cute is a major plus!

went down to YIH today to (finally) upgrade my RAM. cos its painstakingly slow. if you've used my lappie before you'll know! yesyes. they say the added ram will take some time to "adjust" but should be more speedy in awhile.

then headed to SIM open house cos dad wanted us to go down to looksee looksee. and we ended up spending a rather long time at their flea market/bazaar. especially mom who was stuck at a booth for an extended period of time! so, some purchases today, all courtesy of dad who insisted that we go down (since we were at NUS anyway).

and then to ECP for FL sports day! *kudos to ris & team for the success of it :) and i played a little frisbee (and gavin laughed at me, which he totally shouldnt because people who laugh at me usually wind up having something happen to them haha). then dinner @ lagoon with daniel deborah darius marcus driel. which was a rather cool time of fellowship + bonding + suaning.

got FL CGL + comm mtg tomorrow. coolz. and and

i can't wait for YMLC this friday. its gonna be uber cool & happening yaay :) ohyes man ohyes. and, ironically, mom's going to batam on friday morning too. with BMCK teachers to celebrate teachers day. haha.
